According to the news, the District Attorney has now claimed that there was not enough evidence to prosecute the woman for the car crash, even though her vehicle struck cars, buildings, killed a child, and injured three people in Port Clyde, Maine.

According to the news, a 9-year-old boy was killed in the accident, and his mother was seriously injured in the accident. According to reports, it has been over six months and she has still not recovered fully.
The story reports that the accident, which happened in August, occurred when the 61-year-old driver left her New York City home and drove into Port Clyde. There is a ferry there that was leaving at 3:00 p.m.; she wanted to take it to Monhegan Island. However, according to the information available, she was waiting at the wharf in her car at around 2:30 p.m. when the car, which allegedly had the brake on and throttle partially compressed, moved forward. In the next few seconds, the brake pedal suddenly was released and the throttle was changed to 100 percent, according to the story. As the car traveled, it struck other vehicles as well as a 68-year-old man, 6-year-old boy, 9-year-old boy and others.
